Fundraiser Launched for Abundant Life Christian School Community

MADISON, Wis. (WMDX) – The United Way of Dane County has started a fundraiser for the Abundant Life Christian School community. 

“Our hearts go out to every student, family and educator who has been affected by this act of violence,” said Renee Moe, president and CEO of United Way of Dane County. “While our collective reality is forever changed, United Way of Dane County stands ready to help our community recover.” 

Staff said 100% of the money raised will go toward the Abundant Life Christian School community. 

“We are overwhelmed by the community’s support and grateful for United Way’s assistance,” said Doug Butler, the school principal. He added that they will be creating a “transparent process for funds distribution” after assessing what’s needed.
