The Wisconsin Beef Council Joins James on Midday Magazine

The holiday season is upon us, and families are navigating the delicate balance between cherished traditions and tighter budgets. Angie Horkan of the Wisconsin Beef Council joined WFHR’s James Malouf Dec 12th on Midday Magazine to discuss holiday cooking, purchasing tips and more.
Angie is the director of marketing and has been with the beef council since 1996. Additionally her family operates a beef farm in southwestern Wisconsin.

According to the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association 60 percent of consumers expect to spend more on holiday food this year, even as they adopt cost- saving strategies like shopping sales, using coupons, and opting for multipurpose ingredients The Wisconsin Beef Council offers an array of resources to help consumers elevate their holiday meals while staying within budget.
