Brown County seeks help finding missing man

Update: Benjamin Berendsen was located, deceased in Ozaukee County.

GREEN BAY, WI- (WGBW) – The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help finding a missing/endangered man. According to a press release, Benjamin Berendsen was last seen a week ago, on Tuesday, November 26th. His vehicle, a burgundy Chevrolet Suburban, was found abandoned on I-43 in Ozaukee County on Friday, November 29th. 

Berendsen is a 37-year-old white man. He is 6’3” tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo sleeve on his left arm including a St. Louis Cardinals tattoo on his left shoulder. Other tattoos continue down to his wrist. Police do not know what clothing he was wearing when he went missing.
