The Wisconsin Badgers (4-2, 2-1 Big Ten) look to continue their resurgent stretch when they visit the rival Northwestern Wildcats (3-3, 1-2 Big Ten) on Saturday.
The Badgers enter the contest red-hot, winners of two straight games by a combined margin of 94-13. The two wins have been the best performances of the Luke Fickell era to date, complete with dominance from Phil Longo’s air raid offense and strong play from the defense.
Northwestern, meanwhile, enters Saturday with some momentum of its own. The Wildcats defeated Maryland 37-10 on the road last Friday, snapping a two-game losing skid and notching their first Big Ten win of the season. The team has looked more complete on both sides of the football since Jack Lausch took over at quarterback in Week 3.Today’s game has an 11 o/clock kickoff with the pregame on WRCE AM 1450 and FM 107.7 set for 9 AM.
The AFC South-leading Houston Texans will try to earn their fourth straight win as they visit Lambeau Field to face the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay has won its past two games. The Packers have won their past three matchups with the Texans, but haven’t faced them since 2020. Houston’s lone victory over the Packers came at Lambeau Field in 2008. This game matches two of the league’s top young quarterbacks in Houston’s C.J. Stroud and Green Bay’s Jordan Love. This NFL match up gets underway at 10 AM on WRCO FM 100.9 with the pregame and kickoff is at noon tomorrow (Sunday)
