OSHKOSH, WI – (WISS) – The Oshkosh Area School District is considering a $195 million referendum to the ballot in April. Superintendent Dr. Bryan Davis told the school board that he is encouraged by the attendance at listening sessions and school tours connected to the possible referendum.

Community members are encouraged to join us at upcoming sessions to share their thoughts and help shape the future of education across our community,” said Davis.

Upcoming feedback sessions

To learn more about the OASD $195 million referendum check out one of the community feedback sessions:

  • Wednesday, October 16 at 6:30 PM at Menominee Elementary (915 Hazel St)
  • Thursday, October 17 at 7:30 AM at Oshkosh Downtown YMCA (324 Washington Ave)
  • Wednesday, October 23 at Noon at Oshkosh Public Library – Meeting Room AB (106 Washington Ave)
  • Tuesday, October 29 at 6:30 PM at Oakwood Elementary (1225 N Oakwood Rd)

All sessions at school buildings will include a presentation and a guided tour of the host location. Davis said getting a firsthand look at the facilities will help attendees better understand the current state and future needs of the school district.
