Wisconsin Rapids, Wis (WFHR, WIRI) – The Cranberry Blossom Festival is a four-day celebration with fun-filled events for the whole family. Our area is known for its rich cranberry heritage. We produce nearly 30% of the world’s cranberries and have many generational family farm throughout the region. The annual Cranberry Blossom Festival is celebrating 19 years in our “blossoming” community. This year boasts 18 unique events, including many fan favorites.

Carnival

The Grand Rapids Lions Club is hosting the Spectrum Carnival all four days of the festival. Admission is free and parking is $3 per vehicle. Please bring cash for parking and all proceeds will benefit the Boy Scouts. You can purchase wristbands for unlimited rides during any one of the four-hour sessions listed by Spectrum here. Hours are as follows:Thursday – 4PM to 10PM
Friday and Saturday – 12PM to 10PM
Sunday – 11AM to 4PM

Music

Thursday
The musical entertainment starts on Thursday with Lunch by the River hosted by the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. This event happens every Thursday from 11:30 to 1 at Veterans Memorial Park. Thursday at 7PM, you can hear the unique sounds of the Mambo Surfers at McMillan Memorial Library.
Friday
On Friday, the 7th annual live Downtown on Tap has been moved inside Whiskey Rapids Saloon because of the weather forecast. The band Barefoot Americans will play from 5 to 9PM. Unfortunately there will be no face painting or food vendors. The decision was made for the safety of everyone.
Saturday
The Grand Rapids Lions Music Fest happens on Saturday from 5PM to 10:30PM. It’s at the Grand Rapids Lions Club. The Spicy Tie Band will play with special guest The Alternators. There’ll be plenty of food, beverages, and fun. Parking is $10 per vehicle after 5PM.
