OSHKOSH, WI – (WISS) – Two children were killed in an ATV crash in Winnebago County on Tuesday afternoon.

Winnebago County Sheriff’s Officials said in a press release that both of the ATV occupants were killed. One died at the scene. The second later died from injuries at the hospital.

The ATV crash with a passenger car happened on Bonnie View Road near Highway 44 in the Town of Utica. Tuesday afternoon. 

The ATV occupants who dies are identified as 11-year-old Mesa Fredenhaden of Oshkosh and 7-year-old Kennedi Harris of Oshkosh.

Sheriff’s officials say the driver of the passenger car is a 43-year-old female from Oshkosh. Her 13-year-old son was also a passenger in that car. 

The driver immediately called 911 at the accident and began to render first aid, along with her son. The driver of the car is cooperating fully with the investigation.
