This contrasts those accounts with claims by DHS and Border Patrol leadership that labeled Pretti a violent threat, then walks through video evidence and eyewitness testimony that appear to contradict key assertions, including whether Pretti brandished a weapon, resisted violently, or posed an immediate danger.

Audio cuts from Gov. In Green Bay, reporter Connie Fellman documented a cold-weather rally that drew an estimated 1,500–2,000 people protesting ICE.
