The show runs this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 pm with a Sunday matinee at 1:30 pm and again with the same schedule next week. In the first hour we find out what is happening at the Grand Theater with Executive Director Sean Wright. Down to about 100 days until the major renovation of the Grand will begin but, until then, still plenty of great shows coming like "Mrs. Doubtfire" for two shows a week from Saturday.

We also discuss Donald Trump's endorsement of Michael Alfonso in the Republican primary for the 7th Congressional District seat being vacated by Tom Tiffany. The 25 year old Alfonso has limited professional experience and none politically other than being the son-in-law of former Congressman Sean Duffy. That is leading to some backlash from the right.

Rupert Murdoch's right-wing media empire is encouraging Donald Trump to back off the ICE presence in Minnesota. Members of the MAGA "new" media is urging the opposite. WSAU's Chris Conley is with the far right and urges "no retreat". We disagree with that.

We discuss how she would deal with a federal government that uses threats against states to get their way, her plans for rural areas on Wisconsin, education, health care, her budget priorities and more.

It is the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr holiday. We go back to May of 1967 and listen to a speech the Civic Rights Icon gave at Marathon Park in Wausau. So many of the issues and topics that King discussed that day are still relevant to our country today.

We also discuss in the Department of Justice not investigating the actions of the ICE officer who shot Renee Good last week. It has led to resignations and further questions about the politicization of the DOJ under Trump. Also, talk about a New York Times report that the Trump Justice Dept. is asking Minnesota officials to dig up dirt on Good and her wife.
